Organization and Responsibilities:
◎Organization:
The bureau consists of the Director, Vice Director, secretary-general, and two senior specialists; and the subordinate sections include Appeals Section, First Legal Affairs Section, Second Legal Affairs Section, State Compensation Section and the Secretariat.
◎The staff of all levels in the bureau total 43 people (See organization chart).
◎Responsibilities:
Appeals Section:
reviewing appeal cases and related legal affairs for countersign.
First Legal Affairs Section:
reviewing the legislation of city laws and related legal affairs for countersign.
Second Legal Affairs Section:
reviewing the legislation of city laws and related legal affairs for countersign.
State Compensation Section:
reviewing state compensation cases and related legal affairs for countersign.
The Secretariat:
executing general legal and administrative business.
